Helping Thousands Launch Successful Careers

One of ParadigmWorks' most impactful contributions has been its Career Transition Services (CTS) program.

For seven consecutive years, ParadigmWorks provided Career Transition Services across eight states, where our Career Transition Services Counselors successfully placed more than 2,200 Job Corps graduates each year into:

Full-time employment

Military service

Community colleges and universities

Advanced career training opportunities

Our counselors worked one-on-one with students to help them identify career goals, prepare professional resumes, develop interviewing skills, connect with employers, and successfully transition into the workforce.

This personalized approach helped graduates build confidence while improving long-term employment outcomes.

Driving Innovation Through Technology

ParadigmWorks has consistently embraced innovation to improve workforce development. In 1996, the company developed and implemented Job Corps' first Job Bank and online interactive data system, providing students, counselors, and employers with a more efficient way to connect employment opportunities with qualified graduates.

At a time when internet-based workforce technology was still emerging, this groundbreaking platform demonstrated ParadigmWorks' commitment to leveraging technology to improve employment outcomes and streamline workforce services.

Supporting Student Recruitment and Admissions

In addition to career placement services, ParadigmWorks has provided Outreach and Admissions services since 2008 as a subcontractor supporting the San Diego Job Corps Center and the Desert Cities region of California.

Our outreach professionals work closely with prospective students, families, community organizations, schools, and workforce partners to educate young adults about the life-changing opportunities available through Job Corps. These services help ensure that eligible students receive the guidance and support needed to successfully enroll and begin their career development journey.
