Contracted to recruit over 4,000 qualified, diverse professionals for a wide range of positions — from laborers to scientists, IT professionals, and executives — supporting DOI's diversity goals across all bureaus.

U.S. Department of Labor — Job Corps Online Job Bank

Developed and managed the first nationwide online job bank tailored to graduating Job Corps students. Partnered with over 1,100 employers and generated more than 18,000 job opportunities.

Region III (formerly Region IV) OACTS Contract (1991–1997)

Provided Outreach, Admissions, Career Transition, and placement services across 8 southeastern states. Successfully placed over 2,000 students annually into employment, military service, or post-secondary education.
